ContactHubThese Terms govern use of the ContactHub mobile application and this website. By downloading or using ContactHub you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service
ContactHub is a professional relationship tool for managing contacts, reminders, cards, vault, team, offline event tickets, and related local features. Features may change over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to import and process contact data you add.
- You are responsible for device security (passcode, biometrics) and for passphrases you set on backups.
- Do not misuse offline ticket or team packages to harm others.
- Comply with App Store / Google Play terms applicable to purchases.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro subscriptions and one-time unlocks are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by the store under their policies.
- Access may end when a subscription expires or is revoked after store restore.
- Prices and product availability are shown in the app when store products load.
4. Intellectual property
The App, website, branding, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
5. Disclaimer
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that OCR, matching, offline tickets, or other features will be error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of contacts or business arising from use of the App. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $50 if free), except where prohibited.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
8. Third-party services
The App may open system apps (phone, SMS, email, maps, social apps) and use store billing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
